Notes and hours

What it does. Lets you and the shop's planner talk about each purchase order line, and record hours.

How to use it

• Planner Notes: what the shop's planner wrote. You can read these but not change them.
• Vendor Notes: click the cell to add or change your note, then save. The shop sees it straight away.
• Hours: click the cell to add or change your hours, then save.

FAQ

Why can't I add hours on some lines? Hours are not available on purchase orders that are not tied to a work order. You can still add a vendor note there.
