Sync Engine

What it does. Shows how the OrderTime sync is running.

How to use it

Open Settings, then Sync Engine. It shows:

• A card for each sync: Inventory, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders (every 30 min), Work Orders (every 5 min) and Bills of Materials (nightly at 02:20). Each card shows its status, Last sync, the last error if there is one, Records processed, the Stale threshold and the last run's length. ▶ Sync Now runs that sync straight away.
• Recent Time-Tracking Activity: the latest time segments, with the work order and step, source, operator, duration, OrderTime time entry and start.
• Recent Sync History: each run's status, records fetched and updated, errors, duration and start.
• Errors from data syncs: anything that failed, by workflow. Click Resolve once it is dealt with. No Sync Errors means all is well.
