Changes from OrderTime
What it does. Lists the operators and work centres OrderTime added or switched off, and labour time waiting for a person to say who did it. Nothing changes silently.
How to use it
The panel sits at the top of Settings and shows how many items need you. It has four parts:
- Waiting for you · same person? A new OrderTime employee matches an operator D2 already has. Choose Same person, keep set-up or New person.
- Waiting for you · switch-offs held. OrderTime switched someone off. They stay active, schedule untouched, until you choose Confirm switch-off or Keep active.
- Applied · needs review. A new operator, a re-activated one, a switch-off, or a new work centre. D2 has already applied it. Check the set-up, then Mark reviewed. A new work centre runs at default capacity until you set it up on Work Centers.
- Labor time not sent. Time on a work order step is held because several active operators share the name. Pick who did the work, then Send as this operator.
Recently reviewed items stay folded below. Refresh reloads the list.
FAQ
Is this where I review changes to a work order's dates or steps? No. Those are acknowledged on the work order, on Planning's WO Schedule Status, and listed in Change history on Time Logs (F-0245).
