Change history

What it does. Lists every change OrderTime made to a work order: dates, quantity, customer, steps, components and PO links, old value beside new. You can search it.

How to use it

Open Change history on Time Logs. Filter by WO number, customer, the kind of change, reviewed or not, and the dates the change was detected, then click Search. Clear resets the filters.

The kinds are: due date, quantity, customer, step added, step changed, step reopened, step removed, component added, component quantity, component removed, and PO link. Before the history marks what a work order looked like when D2 started keeping this record.

Each row shows the WO number, customer, step, the change, the field, when it was detected, where it came from, when it was reviewed, and the old and new values. Click a column heading to sort by it. The list shows 50 changes a page.

FAQ

What does the Reviewed column show? When someone acknowledged the change on the work order, on Planning's WO Schedule Status. Hover over the date to see who. Work-centre and operator changes from OrderTime are reviewed on Settings instead.
