Work in progress: logged time

What it does. Lists the open work orders that have time logged against them, with every stretch of time each operator logged on each step.

How to use it

Open Work in progress on Time Logs. Each work order shows its number, part, customer and status, and two totals: D² logged and Last pushed to OT. A dot beside them means the two differ. Click a work order to see its steps, then each step's time segments: start, end, minutes, operator, where the time came from, and its OrderTime status. Refresh reloads the list.

FAQ

Why don't the D² and OrderTime totals match? D2 sends a step's time to OrderTime only when that step closes. Until then, OrderTime shows less.

What does BOM: A → Ran: B mean? The bill of materials puts the step on work centre A, and a planner moved it to B. The time was logged at B.

A segment says open and has no Edit button. Someone is still clocked on. Close the segment on the Shop Floor before you edit it.
