The Planning tab

What it does. Puts sales orders, work orders, purchase orders and shortages on one page for planners. Admins, planners and viewers can open it.

How to use it

The weekly tiles sit at the top (F-0209). Under them are six sections, numbered on the page:

• 02 Open Sales Orders: every open sales order line and its status (F-0012).
• 03 WO Schedule Status: every work order, its dates and its steps (F-0036).
• 04 PO Tracker: the open purchase order lines (F-0028).
• 05 Needs Ordering: parts no PO or work order covers (F-0222).
• 06 Work List: every open step across all orders (F-0225).
• 07 Production Changes: steps added on the floor that need a decision (F-0229).

Click a section's title to open or close it. Production Changes starts open. The others start closed each time the page loads, so the page stays short until you open what you need.

FAQ

I opened a section and now it's closed again. Sections don't stay open after the page reloads. Click the title to open it again.

I can't see Planning. Operators and vendors don't have it (F-0230).
