Closed work orders
What it does. Keeps every closed work order with its actual hours against the estimate, step by step, and who did the work.
How to use it
Open Closed work orders on Time Logs. Filter by WO number, work centre, operator or a date range, then click Apply. Clear resets the filters.
The four figures at the top total what the filters show: Closed WOs, Total Actual, Total Estimated and Avg Variance. Each row shows the MO number, part, customer, close date, quantity ordered and completed, actual and estimated hours, and the variance. Click a row to see each step: estimate, actual, variance, status, and who started and finished it. Under each step, Labor history lists every stretch of logged time with its operator and OrderTime status.
FAQ
What does a step's work centre with → Ran: mean? The step ran at a work centre a planner moved it to, not the one on the bill of materials.
A step says (excluded) in its labour history. That time is not counted in the shop's labour totals.
Can I fix a wrong total on a closed order? Admins and planners can use Edit time on a step (F-0243).
