Correct logged time

What it does. Fixes time that was logged wrong, on an open work order or a closed one. These are record-keeping fixes in D2. No change is sent to OrderTime.

How to use it

On an open work order (Work in progress), expand the work order and click Edit on a closed segment. Fix it one of two ways:

• How long it took: enter the minutes, 1 to 1440. The end time stays and the start moves back to match.
• Start & end times: enter both. D2 works out the minutes. An end time in the future is refused.

You can also change or clear the operator. Click Save. If D2 shows Saved — please review, the change is saved and the notes under it need someone to act on them.

To remove a segment, click Delete. This cannot be undone.

On a closed work order, expand it and click Edit time on a step. Enter the right minutes. D2 recomputes the work order's actual hours.

FAQ

Who can do this? Admins and planners can edit. Only admins can delete. Viewers see the time but no buttons.

Does OrderTime change too? No. Any OrderTime time entry stays as it is.
