Business days, shop hours and calendar exceptions

What it does. Sets the days the shop works, its hours, and the days that break the pattern. The scheduler and every work centre use these.

How to use it

Open Settings, then Company Settings.

• Business Days: tick the days the shop operates. The scheduler skips the others.
• Scheduling Horizon: how far ahead the scheduler places work, or No horizon.
• Shop Hours: the open and close time for each business day. All work centres inherit these hours for capacity.
• Calendar Exceptions: holidays, maintenance days, overtime or shutdowns. Enter a date, a type, the hours and a capacity percent, with a label such as Memorial Day, and optionally a work centre. Upcoming exceptions are listed with Delete.

FAQ

The Staffing view says Not a shop day. That day has no hours here. Add it under Business Days and Shop Hours.
