Capacity percent and queue targets

What it does. Sets how much of a staffed hour counts as working time, week by week, and the number of days of work you want queued.

How to use it

On the Operators tab, open Capacity settings.

• Capacity percent: enter a week beginning and a percent, then Set this week. Weeks with no row count as 100 %. The percent changes what the scheduler places as well as what the Dashboard's Capacity panel shows.
• Queue targets: the minimum and maximum days of work you want released and loaded. The Capacity panel's LOW, ON TARGET and OVER chips compare against these (F-0239).
