Queue badges

What it does. Flags what needs attention in the work centre queues and the Committed Queue.

On the work centre cards

BadgeWhat it means
ready nextThe step before it finishes today, so this step can move up the queue.
release nextThis step finishes today, but the order's next step is neither released nor loaded. Release it or move it up to avoid a bottleneck.
started out of orderIt was started while an earlier step in the released queue had not started.
H:MM leftTime left on the step.
-Nh overMore time logged than planned.
Ends / DueThe step's scheduled end and the order's due date.
Red rowBlocked by an earlier step or by material. Hover to see which.

Hover a WO number to see the customer, customer PO, sales order promise, part, description, quantity and how many steps are done.

In the Committed Queue

BadgeWhat it means
EXTOutside processing. Shown for information, cannot be loaded.
WIP (striped row)Work in progress.
HOLD / ON HOLDThe step or the whole order is on hold.
⚙ / MOMENTUMThe order is already moving: a step is finished or has time logged. ⚙ marks the shop steps that follow it, up to the first outside-processing step, skipping steps on hold. The Recommended sort puts these orders first so started jobs keep going.
Nd late / margin / earlyThe order's finish date against its promise.
Batch chipOther jobs could run with this one (F-0208).
