The Settings tab

What it does. Holds the shop's set-up: work centres, operators, users, the company calendar and the OrderTime sync. Only admins can open it.

How to use it

At the top, Changes from OrderTime lists anything OrderTime changed that needs a person (F-0247). Under it are five tabs:

  1. Work Centers: departments and work centres (F-0123).
  2. Operators: operators, their work centres, capacity percent and queue targets (F-0104, F-0248).
  3. Users: who can sign in, and their roles (F-0116).
  4. Sync Engine: how the OrderTime sync is running (F-0109).
  5. Company Settings: business days, shop hours, calendar exceptions and company switches (F-0108, F-0249).

Why can't I see Settings? Only admins can open it.
